How is my monthly payment amount determined?
Your ₹500/month fee for marketing and management, rent paid after tenant placement, fee continues during vacancy, no guaranteed rent during vacancies is calculated based on current market rental rates for your property type and location, minus our management fee and a small reserve for maintenance costs.
What if I want to sell my property or move back in?
Our standard agreement includes provisions for property sale or owner reoccupation with proper notice. We can discuss these details during your consultation.
